Collecting responses on your forms and surveys

What does the feature accomplish

Once you've published your form, you can send your form out to collect responses and evidence your outcome reports! There are a few ways you can collect responses, read further to find out how.

How to use the feature

Send e-mail requests for responses

  1. Click on the form you would like to send off.
  2. From the action menu, select the Send E-mail option.
  3. From the modal that appears, enter the e-mails of the people you would like to send the form or survey.

Note that you can also customize the e-mail message, send yourself a copy, or maintain recipient lists so you don't need to enter the same e-mails multiple times.

Copy the URL link into documents used to request responses

  1. Click on the form you would like to send off.
  2. From the action menu, select the Copy Link options.
  3. From the modal that appears, click the Copy Link button.
  4. You can now the paste the link into e-mails, Word Documents, or anything else you like!

Enter responses manually

  1. Click on the form you would like to send off.
  2. From the action menu, select the Enter Manually option.
  3. From the modal that appears, start entering your responses. 

Send SMS/WhatsApp survey

  1. Contact your SAMETRICA project team or support@sametrica.com to enable the SMS survey feature on your form.
  2. From the action menu, select Send SMS survey.
  3. Upload your CSV with phone numbers into the window.
  4. Configure your send out parameters, and click send!
