What does the feature accomplish
Once you've published your form, you can send your form out to collect responses and evidence your outcome reports! There are a few ways you can collect responses, read further to find out how.
How to use the feature
Send e-mail requests for responses
- Click on the form you would like to send off.
- From the action menu, select the Send E-mail option.
- From the modal that appears, enter the e-mails of the people you would like to send the form or survey.
Note that you can also customize the e-mail message, send yourself a copy, or maintain recipient lists so you don't need to enter the same e-mails multiple times.
Copy the URL link into documents used to request responses
- Click on the form you would like to send off.
- From the action menu, select the Copy Link options.
- From the modal that appears, click the Copy Link button.
- You can now the paste the link into e-mails, Word Documents, or anything else you like!
Enter responses manually
- Click on the form you would like to send off.
- From the action menu, select the Enter Manually option.
- From the modal that appears, start entering your responses.
- Contact your SAMETRICA project team or support@sametrica.com to enable the SMS survey feature on your form.
- From the action menu, select Send SMS survey.
- Upload your CSV with phone numbers into the window.
- Configure your send out parameters, and click send!
